Services

Easy Life provides microfinance products and related digital services subject to eligibility, underwriting, and applicable regulations in Sierra Leone. Online application or account access does not guarantee loan approval.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to bypass security or access other users' data
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Disrupt or overload the service

Loan and savings agreements

Specific product terms, interest, fees, and repayment obligations are set out in the loan or savings documents you accept at the time of application or account opening. Those documents control if they conflict with these website terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Life is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or temporary service interruptions.
